HOW WE APPLY THIS

The mini-lectures of each leadership workout are interspersed with exercise segments which require a user to apply the knowledge or concept that was just discussed.

We use reflection exercises, during which we ask users to reflect on a real-life example of the problem from their own experience and to summarize key insights in their own words.

Self-testing is one of the most impactful learning tools

We don’t let participants blow through a class without any self-testing, but instead we require them to work through short self-testing exercises to aide transfer and long-term knowledge retention
